They made their returns policy nice and simple; you can return all or part of your order within 30 days of purchase. The DaKine Control Contour Footstraps, product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, with any tags still attached. They cannot accept returns of DVDs if their seal is broken.
